Daniel Gluck
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer of Titan Home Improvement. Prior to joining Titan as CEO, Daniel was a Managing Director at York Capital Management, where he worked for 11 years within York’s private equity group. Daniel led York’s initial 2018 investment in Titan and had actively managed the investment for York prior to taking over full time at Titan. While at York, Daniel was responsible for sourcing, execution, and oversight of companies within York’s private equity portfolio.
Prior to joining York, Daniel spent three years at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations Group. He received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Daniel currently lives in the Miami area with his wife and three children. He grew up in Nashville and is an avid University of Tennessee fan.
Brittany LaBovick
Vice President of Human Resources
Brittany LaBovick spent 7 years at Florida Home Improvement Associates (FHIA) prior to joining Titan. During her time at FHIA, Brittany provided leadership and direction in the areas of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and recognition and employee training and development. In Brittany’s tenure with FHIA, she focused on successfully growing and integrating the company through linking the employee lifecycle with the organization’s culture and values.
Brittany graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Business Administration and two concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. She also holds several HR and Payroll Law certificates.
Brittany is a yoga teacher currently obtaining her YTT200 certification. She grew up in Pittsburgh and is a devoted Steelers fan.
Bill Ryan
Chief Financial Officer
Bill is the Chief Financial Officer of Titan Home Improvement. Prior to joining Titan as CFO, Bill was the Chief Accounting Officer for 16 years at BrandSafway, a global industrial services provider. During his tenure at Brand, the company grew from a $350M U.S. business to a $5B enterprise in +40 countries. Prior to BrandSafway, Bill worked in the telecommunications industry for 15 years in a variety of finance roles – most recently as an Accounting Director at MCI. Bill is a CPA and received a BS in Finance from Boston University and an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Bill grew up in Boston and is a die-hard Patriots, Bruins, Celtics Red Sox fan and plays in two hockey leagues with his fellow northern transplants.
Artemio Garza
Chief Growth Officer
Artemio is the Chief Growth Officer of Titan Home Improvement. Prior to joining Titan, Artemio led Egon Zehnder’s Chief Communications Officers practice in North America, acting as a trusted advisor to clients across the globe with a special focus on private equity, multi-unit retail, and tech-enabled consumer services.Before joining Egon Zehnder, Artemio was the Chief Brand Officer at Driven Brands, a private equity-backed automotive aftermarket services provider with global brands that include Maaco, Meineke, Take 5 Oil Change, and CARSTAR. Previously, he was with Burger King Corporation in Miami as the Senior Marketing Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. He began his career as an analyst at Oliver Wyman.
Artemio earned a BA in economics and a BS in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, then an MBA from MIT. Outside of work, he spent time with family and friends. Artemio also recently opened a bakery-bistro with a childhood friend in Monterrey, Mexico, his hometown.
Jeff Nutkis
Chief Strategy Officer
Jeff is the Vice President of Corporate Development of Titan Holdings, where he manages all potential acquisition and partnership activity. Prior to joining Titan, Jeff was a Vice President at York Capital Management, where he worked for two years within the private equity group. While at York, Jeff actively managed York’s investment in Titan and was responsible for the execution of new investment activity and the management of companies within York’s private equity portfolio.
Prior to joining York, Jeff worked at Hudson Advisors, an affiliate of Lone Star Funds, where he was responsible for executing and managing private equity and debt investments across North America. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings across the industrial sector. Jeff holds an MS in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee.
Sangram Birje
Senior Vice President of Data
Sangram Birje is the Senior Vice President overseeing usage of Data as a strategic asset at Renuity Home. Before Renuity, Sangram Birje was the Vice President for Data Management at Medifast Inc. He led and managed Data as a strategic asset for one of the world’s fastest growing health and wellness brands with responsibilities spanning Analytics, Machine Learning, Master Data, Data Governance and Privacy, Data Engineering, Data Platforms and Big Data Operations. The impact of his organization moved the needle for Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, HR, Legal and other functions. He also served as the interim Head of IT. Prior to joining Medifast, Sangram spent 15+ years with consulting firms like Deloitte, PwC and HP (formerly Knightsbridge Solutions) where he advised Data and Technology executives at PIMCO, Bloomberg, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Time Warner Cable, BP, etc. on their data and tech strategies. He also led the implementation of those strategies.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MS from University of Texas at Dallas and a BE from University of Mumbai (VJTI). In his spare time, Sangram enjoys advising early-stage startups and non-profits on their go-to-market and digital/tech strategies and is a health and wellness proponent.
